    Text Message Settings

    Here's what I've found out. The standard Message App on the Note 9 is from Samsung. I use Verizon - so I downloaded the Verizon Message App. Bam! I can now change the colors, bubbles and such. So much happier! I also dissabled the Samsung Message App. You cannot delete it.
