It's not worth it. A friend of mine at work has it and its terrible always trying to get a signal calls sound bad sometimes it's okay to be cheap but this is definitely not the way to go. Just remember you pay for what you get.

DFS doesn't erase the esn it will write one though. Did you make the shortcut to cdg2 with anycut to change the carrier?

Think about it like this the htc sense rosie (launcher) can't work outside of an htc rom because it uses png files called from htcframework.apk (it's much more complicated but ...) So it calls it with something like this com.htcframework.rosie.png. So what we (by we I mean anyone else :-) )...

So I've been thinking we've got the source code for mms.apk and the source code for what's needed to make it work. Why not make an virgin mobile mms.apk? It can be built on froyo sources so that everyone can use it and can be used in any rom.

I'm wondering wouldn't it be easiest to do it via update.zip? Use the rooted deodexed rom as a base and then throw in the zvj radio or zvh. Have them use terminal or adb to flash the sprint recovery and flash away.
