I need help finding the name of this app. I remember using an application that would allow the user to program different tasks and commands, sort of like macros on a pc. Anyone know which app I'm talking about?

I used the actual OTA update system notification (through system settings)

I just downloaded the files and the Recovery system came up. To install the update, I need to manually choose the files, but I don't know where to find the on my phone.

I'm about to download/install the Android 5.0 Lollipop update on my Nexus 5, but I don't know if I should back up my data before doing it. It takes a while to do so, which is why I'm posting this question on the forums while I do it. Is it necessary? Will I lose my data?
