my provider has confirmed the data is active on the SIM,,,but when i active it doesn't show up...also why its written "emergency call" at my screen meanwhile I can make calls with the same SIM even IDD calls as well..

hi If both wifi and mobile data is available which path galaxy s4 will take for data? any settings r there to make sure when wifi available automatically all data transfer should work through wifi only?

i dont think its a server setting issue. As it keep on changing every time when i set automatic it will be there for some time and then when i see new mails r not dropping i can c that the time period to sync mail is changed to 1 day of 2 weeks or any other option randomly...

My Exchange account is been configured and what i notice is that even if sync is ON but still i have to tap the sync button on inbox before new mails will drop. In my checking I find that even if i set the period to sync email to automatic, it will change to other options later on... any...

Hello All I got it done....in my case it was a server setting to be done by the exchange admin..there is a inherit permission to set on active directory...it may take 30 mnts (or as per ur server settings) to replicate the setting and then it will work...

I have the same issue...tried all possible ways except reset to factory. Dont know should I try this as well? the inbox keep on loading...its really frustrating as u cant still start using s4 officially till this issue is been rectified... Anyone got any fix for this? contacting Samsung support...

No progress... i am really sad.... And i didnt find someone so far with same issue!!!! I tried to contact Samsung India (since I buy it from there) and they says GT-i9500 is not for that region>>> dont know its from which regions so that I can contact the right team..

Yes i checked this and Exchange Active Sysnc is default config for all users and so there is no issue on that side... have selected SSL as well... but the issue is something else...

Hi I tried to config my corporate email account with s4. It takes all settings OK and account is crested and even I get the message that test mails is on its way!!!... but when i open the inbox it keep on loading,,no mails will drop...pls help..
