um dude you can't factory reset a rooted phone with a custom rom can you, I know I tried once before and it was all kinds of ed up

you can just root your phone and download root uninstaller no need to flash custom rom which is a pain cause first youll need to install clockworkmod

this root is for 2.3.4 not 2.3.6

download root uninstaller from marketplace

hey dumbass this thread was about using the LG Esteem Root to root 2.3.4 not whatever you were talking about

when your running the adb shell type in su to get superuser access

navigate to the folder where abd is in the command prompt

i dont know how i did it but my widgets work now...

I recently updated to gingerbread and then i found out how to get root acess... i installed superuser and whatnot and decided i didnt need the today plus widget so i uninstalled it... well now whenever i do a long-touch and goto widgets, it still works untill i scroll down to the t's and then...
