I would say try doing a factory reset of the phone. If that doesn't help, you should make use of the warranty and get it repaired. Posted via the Android Central App

This is crazy. Paying 600 euros for so much trouble..wow. I think the whole production system is at fault. I had problems with two successive S6 thinking first was a defective one. I have had this new one since three days. I should go to the store and ask for a refund rather than a replacement...
