It worked just to follow up. I am in a 4G area but it has always been 1 bar at the most at my house. My thunderbolt refused to go to 3G from 4G so I had to put up with 1X most of the time when not using my wifi. This Incredible is already a ton faster than my thunderbolt. Thanks for the help.

Tried Silent Boot in all its configurations. Everything on silent, etc still sounds at reboot. Have an issue because my phone randomly reboots. Any new help would be much appreciated.
