The latest software update resolve the GPS issue. (Update JSS15Q)

You can simply re-download your apps from the Google Play store. You won't have to pay again if you download apps that you have previously paid for if that is what you meant.

It should take a few days as it just rolled out last week. You will get a message on the screen with the update information.

Re: Random restarts? Please be on the look for the new update (JSS15Q) it suppose to resolve some issues. This update should be rolling out today. For those of you that have already received the update please let us know how its going and if it has resolve some of your reboot issues.

There isn't any restriction on leaving the unit on all the time. So leave it on but on sleep or turn it off completely its up to the user.

Also, if you were referring to Google Voice, you can download the app from the Play store. It allows you to make international calls, since you mentioned you had an account that could possibly be what you are looking for.

Even before doing a reset you can always try holding the power button down for while until the unit shuts off then turning it back on. Sometimes that tends to resolve the issue as well.
