Ordered in store a blue 128 gig on the eve of the 10th.Got UPS tracking number and it is going out 2nd day air so I won't have mine till Thursday. I was hoping to have it tomorrow so I'm little bummed but what's one day?

After many failed attempts with both glass and "vinyl" protectors, I now have the Whitestone Dome on my phone and after 3 weeks it still looks and performs great. I am also sporting the Lohasic clear case which doesn't interfere with the screen protector at all.

Feeling a bit better. While the website and automated phone still says "preparing", I spoke with a live person and she shows the phone is awaiting UPS pickup 30 miles from my house. She also gave me the UPS tracking number which is not yet in UPS' system. Holding breath that I get it tomorrow...

I leave early Friday morning for an all-day business trip and don't trust AT&T will process the order and have it to me by tomorrow

So mine has been on preparing for almost 24 hours now. So I went to the AT&T store and they have them in stock but won't sell it to me. I don't know which is worse BestBuy or AT&T

I live in Ohio and ordered at 12:05 am on "opening day" it has said "preparing" for the last 9 hours (on both the web and automated phone message) I'm starting to lose hope for tomorrow. Hopefully Thursday as I leave for a 7 day business trip on Friday AM.

I ordered an AT&T onyx black unit at 12:05 am on "opening day and mine still says "preparing" both on the website and automated message. Leave Friday early AM for a 7 day business trip. Hope I have my Note 8 by Thursday.

I'm never pre-ordering from at&t again. I I pre-ordered at an AT&T store and just got my notification of shipping via UPS ground and won't arrive until Monday. Could have walked into the store on Friday and walked out with one on Friday. I'm not a happy camper

64 gb black at&t. Shipped yesterday. Left DFW today, says delivering Tuesday via UPS. Hoping for Monday!!
