How do I rearrange the order in which my favorite contacts appear in the phone app? I'm running Android Pie on a Google Pixel 2 XL. The order seems to be random and immutable. I'd "like" to be able to rearrange it - or at the very least to understand why it's the way it is.

MAY HAVE FIXED IT! Dunno why it worked - whether it was a fix or a coincidence. But last week I turned off location on my phone and turned it back on. The problem has not recurred since. (I reach up and tap my head and say "Knock wood!")

Ah. Thanx. That's "less inconvenient" than turning the watch off and back on. I'll try it next time it happens & report back. PS Still wish they hadn't removed the "restart" option from Settings.
