Hello OhMyTVC Can you please update community about your touchpad status. How it worked at Hp level after cleaned wipe and sent back? Did they consider as a cover under warranty or void of warranty due to android traces they find in hidden files which we can not wipe them.

Use Dolphin browser and then in setting just select Desktop format and you are done. But for firefox I had same issue and I switched to Dolphin and very happy.
