Didn't have this issue on Note 2 though. Not too sure why Note 3 is giving me this problem now. For once I am trying to use the original Samsung interface without the use of another app and this is happening. >.<

I never use to have this problem on Note 1 and 2. However, with Note 3, my widgets seem to be disappearing each and everytime the device is being restarted or when I am prompted that TouchWiz is not responding. Pretty sick and tired of having to re-add the widgets time and time again.

There was actually a bug. Just need to have the Samsung Keyboard software updated to the latest version, everything would work perfectly fine again.
