I turned it on for "all." As long as the blocked calls get sent to voicemail there's not much risk to giving it a try for me.

By "blocked" you mean sent straight to voice mail, or that you never received any indication at all of the attempted call?

Does this setting actually completely block unknown numbers and spam? Or does it just send them straight to voicemail? Thanks
