Any decent business would do exactly as you suggest. Treegloo think that a few gently worded emails can smooth over the problem. Customers expect a lot more than empty rhetoric in this situation.

I would have thought that as a gesture of goodwill they might have 'reimbursed' the fees. They are a joke company and deserve to go broke with such poor customer service.
