Hello, I recently got a Pantech Breakout 4G and ive never had a phone that needs a SIM card before. I do not plan on using this phone on my plan, im just using it as basicly a multimedia device, and for WIFI. I got the phone today and i immediatlely started downloading apps(without the SIM card)...
