How do I move my photos from Picasa on PC to Android Tablet I have a bunch of photos in Picasa in my laptop hp pc. I recently acquired a samsung tab 4 10.0 and wish to copy my photos from laptop to tablet. How do I do it.

I have a Galaxy S4 that I recently acquired and need some help with how to make the phone NOT come alive when I receive texts, emails or IM. I need to have a notification tell me that I have a message, then I will choose when to open and read it. Can you suggest what to do. Thank you.
