Ok, so it erred right after clicking "purchase". Google Wallet shows nothing, but Capital One shows a $334 charge to Google. Ha. I guess I got one?

Argh. Just error after error. The 16 went to "Notify Me" after I almost had one purchased, and now I just get errors when trying to buy the 8. Such BS, Google, and all this for my first attempt at switching to Android.

Stayed up until midnight (EST), woke up at 3am (in case, ya know, they do midnight sales in California), and woke up at 7am. Off to work in a bit, hopefully nothing starts until I'm at the office (higher speed connection there anyway).
