t mobile. had a 4-1 ship date . my vr gear came today and had my netflix code yesterday

mine did that to . in tell i noticed the phone was making the fist letter a capital . redid it with no cap's and worked fine

try uninstalling it in device manager. and let windows reinstall the driver. to get to device manager right click on computer , then click on manage . then in the left panel of that window click device manager

if you want to download the vr gear games . i went to developer dot oculus dot com/downloads/mobile/1.0.0.1/Oculus_Mobile_SDK/ or go to oculus then click developer then downloads and then look for Oculus Mobile SDK and installed the store . that was my work around. i ordered from t mobile...
