Oh, I see a problem with it. But not a credit problem. And it was not a phishing scam. I don't know what you mean by "Reddit confirmed". Reddit is not a person. I posted conclusive proof on Reddit that it was not a phishing scam.

The attached images were converted to Zendesk links on essential.com, and they have now all been disabled too. So those who didn't think to download them all earlier can't get them.
