Hello, i have the same exact problem, and am wondering if you have found a solution

Why isnt my Wifi turning on When i try to turn on my wifi button, sometimes nothing happens, the other times it quickly turns on then off. This means i am not even able to scan for networks. Also makes the whole phone lag. Sometimes if just says "turning on...." but nothing happens When...

That didn't work, that's the first thing I tried to do. :( Is there anything else that could have caused it.
