    You can try clearing the Bluetooth Data in the Bluetooth Share (Settings > Application Manager > All tab > Bluetooth Share > Clear Data) Power cycle the phone.... it doesn't always work, but that's an issue with this phone's Bluetooth :(

    I am a tech rep for Bluetooth and I have spoken with too many owners of the Note 2 with more issues than necessary!! The connectivity via Bluetooth is horrible, the audio is either horrible or randomly blocked, and/or horrible feedback! What we've found to be very helpful when these issues...

    The same issues happen a lot on several bluetooth devices. Try removing the device from your paired devices list, reset the bluetooth device, disable the Wi-Fi in the phone then pair!

    I go thru these steps with customers over a dozen times a day with various Android based phones, so I know it works. The other factors are environmental and the BT device itself. Smaller isn't always better, cheaper isn't always better, and pricey isn't always better... Check customer reviews...
