I've never owned an Apple product in my life. I had the HTC One M8 prior to the Note 4. I'm switching to the Xperia Z3 at the end of October. Keep on ASSuming.

I have the Note 4 from T-Mo, even after the update it still lags. After pressing the home button it takes 2-3 sec's for the screen to wake-up. Video's freeze when playing Youtube and on the native video app. The battery isn't that great either, this Note 4 is going back to the store.

I've discovered a couple issues with the "Productivity Lock Screen", you have to slide the lock up you cannot slide from the middle of the screen. Also, Gmail notifications do not populate until you unlock the phone. I know there were several people having an issue with Gmail notifications.

There is an option to toggle on the listen feature or you can keep it off, the problem I've found when the phone connects to your cars Bluetooth it will toggle on the listen feature. It is a huge battery drain.

After you press and hold the Home button to bring up Google Now say "Google". The voice control will now be activated. In my opinion it works really well.

Here is a video which shows it can be done, in fact, the HTC logo between the back and home button can be activated and used as a home button. You have to root your device.

If you're not a corporate customer they will charge you the restocking fee, that is the case with Sprint. Not sure about other carriers. I'd imagine it's the same policy.
