based on what I was told when I was transferred from the main queue to the back office queue, it's not sorted, the "need a few things from you to manually pre-activate the device". still on hold, 3 hrs 20 mins.
I've been on hold for 2 hours 40 minutes at this point with a quick 2 minutes to be transferred from the main cue to the "back office" to take care of issues with pre-activation.
