Yeah, I've had the phone for about 4 1/2 years, although I did get a new battery for it late last year so its less than a year old. I guess I will take it into a repair shop to replace the battery, just was wondering if I need to worry about the USB port failing?

Bizarre problem started a few days ago and has been getting worse: Phone shut off at 30% battery on Monday when plugged into my car and using Android Auto, which tends to make the phone hot as it is charging and running apps. Turned it back on, it was at 0% and shut itself off immediately...
