Not impressed with any of the current flagships (Verizon) -- help!!

Gotcha. To be honest, I rarely use the stylus or multi-window. The stylus usually only comes out when I come across a desktop website that still has hover-over menus, or when drawing something. Similarly, it's very uncommon that I need to see two apps at exactly the same time, especially with...

Haha, I agree about the buttons. I don't think I'll mind them, but they certainly aren't any more "natural" than side-mounted buttons. I'm planning on picking up the black leather version at the Verizon store today. Looking forward to either loving it or hating & returning it. :p

Not impressed with any of the current flagships (Verizon) -- help!!

I went to the Verizon store today so I could actually feel how each of these phones looked in person and felt in my hand. I think I'm going to go with the LG G4. The M9 probably looked/felt the best, but I axed it because of the mixed reviews regarding its camera, and its lack of storage...

Yes, the Turbo is Qi-compatible, and it does advertise some form of rapid charging, but my understanding is that it's not nearly as impressive as the S6 in this area. However, maybe this is just because of the Turbo's considerably larger battery?

Goodness... I didn't even bother looking at the Note 4 since I figured it'd be so much bigger than the Note II. Looking at Note 4's size/weight specs, it's generally equal to or better than the Note II. Under normal circumstances I'd wait to see what the Note 5 has to offer, since we're...

    Greetings

Ha! Funnily enough, this is the second time I've broken this phone. The first time was just a couple months into ownership, and the screen itself cracked, so I had it replaced. This time around I'm due for an upgrade, so I'm looking for a new device. My thread is just seeking advice on what...

You know, I was actually hoping to use this opportunity to downsize, as I always felt the Note II was just a hair too large for my liking. At the time, I was willing to compromise on the larger screen since the Note was the best option in terms of battery life and performance. Given my desire...

    Greetings

Thanks for the warm welcome! That's precisely what prompted me to join, having just cracked my Note II! I just posted an advice thread, and once it's approved I'll drop the link in here. Edit: looks like we can't post links until reaching 10 posts (understandable), but you can find my thread...

Hi all! New member here looking for a bit of advice. Yesterday I cracked the glass on my Galaxy Note II. I've been overdue for an upgrade, so it's time to move on. Unfortunately, I'm not overjoyed with the current crop of flagships on offer. What I'd really like is a waterproof phone with...

Hi all! Longtime Android user here, from the Droid Pro to the Droid RAZR to the Galaxy Note II, and soon onto another! Meanwhile I've used several Windows Phones as my work phone. I really like the OS but the ecosystem never matured enough for me to use it on my primary/personal device. I...
