Strange, it works for me all the time. Within Lens, focus on the business card, and then tap on the name in the image. You should then see an option to add the person (along with their applicable contact info from their business card) into your contacts as a New Contact. Hopefully it works for...

Google Lens can be used to do that. It will analyze an image of the business card, and then give you the option to add the person to your contacts.

Well, at least you now know why...The phone can still rapidly charge. It's just that the OS update eliminated showing the user when it is actually "rapidly" or "slowly" charging.

The latest Android update eliminated the indication of "rapid charging", and just indicates "wireless charging" now. Is that what you're seeing?

Try using a different cable. I had to try several different cables before I found one that worked for me, even though I was using cables that had previously worked with my Nexus 5.

One should be able to have multiple keyboards active/accessible to them, and still eliminate this icon, by going to Settings -> Language & input -> Google Keyboard (under Keyboard & input methods) -> Advanced -> Turn off Show app icon. At least this seems to work for me.... I have several...

That's one option for moving files from a Nexus 5 to a computer, but there are plenty of other options that would work too, without having to e-mail, such as, but not limited to, saving them to Google Drive (or any other cloud storage service that you have an account with and has an Android app)...

Are you referring to a SanDisk SD (or microSD) card as opposed to the Scandisk (a Microsoft disc checking utility) you indicated? Assuming you meant an SD (or microSD) card, the Nexus 5 doesn't accept them (Why Nexus devices have no SD card | Android Central).

It's definitely worth the call. I'm having a problem with my unit, I'm also outside warranty (albeit by only a few weeks, but out of warranty nevertheless), and they are replacing mine. Customer service was terrific.
