According to the developer, this startup flash with the launch of the Splach screen is a inevitable with Android 11 and it doesnot occur with older versions. So i was looking to customize the setting of Android 11 to disable the flash accompanied with the splash screen.

Hi Diddy Thanks for the feedback but the notice is not a message. As matter of fact it is just a flash to indicate the start of Pingo App.
