I started getting suspicious app "Low Radiation" while making phone calls. It comes up for 10-15 sec than disappears. It is annoying as while calling my voice mail I am getting message in Chinese (likely). Cannot find the app to uninstall. The phone is Samsung Note 2, rooted. Help is appreciated!
