Could you please be a bit more specific? What is the error message/what does not work? Does it start at all? ....

Your stats seem way below what can be expected, so my advice would also be: return the device and get a new one in a sealed box.

I think this refers to not enough internal space - you'll probably have to delete apps, photos, etc. taking the space on your internal SD card.

It would be helpful, if you could tell us, which keyboard you're using and what you have already tried to fix the problem.

Regarding the software issues, I'd suggest trying to find the culprit via Better Battery Stats or a comparable app, which is easier than deleting a lot of apps. Michael: a phone that heats up while turned off sounds like a shorted circuit.

This is not uncommen; e.g. there was a wakelock issue with Google Play services, which affected lots of people. Can you pin down the cause with the regular tools (i.e. the energy settings) or tools like better battery stats?

Hi - are you sure, that there is another update for your phone? If you are on 5.1.1 you are on the newest available version, afaik.

Re: error 963 on installing or updating any app Sorry that I cannot post a direct link, but I don't have the required 10 posts yet. So - if you google google play error 963 the third result will be a link to a site called fixerrs. Did you try the three possible solutions described there?
