    How can I get past the battery logo?

    stuck at baterry logo i switchoff my phone and then i charge it. unfortunately it just stuck at charging logo. how to solve this problem? it just 1 week 's old. do i have to hard reset this phone or just claim the warranty by samsung . btw, im using samsung a8
