    Which update are you talking about? The 2.3.6 that's currently in soak testing or the previous one that rolled out a while back? If it's the latter, then I'm not having the problems either you are having.

    LTE should always be on. The only reason why it would drop back down the 3G is when you don't have a strong enough 4GLTE signal.
