Hi everyone, I'm a complete amateur when it comes to tech, and I really need some help. This is my last hope. I have an Infinix Note 11 that is stuck in a bootloop (I think that's what it's called). When I turn it on, it shows the Infinix logo, then the XOS logo, but it gets stuck there...
