I removed the tempered glass screen protector ( a waste of money) and have no issues with the screen going blank thereafter. But before I removed the protector I went into accessibility settings and turned on the end call with power button option. Didn't make any difference.. Now I am left with...

the screen of my brand new nexus 6 goes blank while dialing. Why? Any suggestion how to fix the problem. By the way I have a tempered glass screen protector
