    No, I have unlimited 4G hi data speed. And it does that on other people's high speed routers so that's not the issue

    Why does my notification light stay on even tho I have never turned the light on?

    Go into settings and check to see if the device has an update due. If not also go into settings and go down to LCD notification settings to see if you have anything enable you're not aware of.
