Maybe you could try using the factory recovery mode to reflash the stock V10L Rom.

I didn't want to post in your new thread only due to the issue of there only being 2 confirmed Optimus T Roms. JoeMomRom and Ubuntdroid... outside of these two there aren't anything else being developed as far as I know of. Are you also taking info about Roms from the Optimus One P500?

The lag has been discussed before as being related to the Wifi Calling feature added in with the V10L update. Try turning off the GPS and Wifi features. Sorry, but the V10H Rom from LG couldn't be found by me. As cognus said, we do have the V10L, added Wifi Calling feature, available.

You have to install Optimus T Roms manually.

I believe you are correct about this Rom being the only one running with the wifi calling feature, but I heard about a Rom called Prime and it's based on the 2.2.1 Rom for the Optimus One. I'm not sure if that one includes the wifi for sure.

You're exposed to extract the files with the use of an app like WinRAR or 7zip (free). You could also try redownloading the file since the one you have could quite possibly be corrupted.
