    Try this. Find your app on the US version of Google Play, and then change the hl url query parameter. For example for italy, it should be hl=it. See if your app loads.

    Never have all you ad placement on a single ad network. Ideally have multiple ad networks on each to ensure that is space is filled in.

    Every passing day, it's becoming harder for indies to get a good ranking on app stores. The big guys spend tons of money buying ads and have good connections. Your best bet is sharing on forums and Facebook.
