just got mine today. 2 weeks from the day i ordered. works good so far and it saves wear and tear on the usb port. not sure about charging speed compared to original cable. i will probably keep the battery topped off when it needs it instead of just plugging it in at bedtime.

I used blackberry desktop to move all of my info to outlook and then used myphoneexplorer to transfer everything to my s3. worked great. you can also set up your blackberry to sync everything to gmail and then when you set up your gmail acct on your s3 sync it back

i use an app called bedside. it will probably keep the"holy grail" thing from happening and it has a clock that covers the screen when you touch it and then after a bit goes to a blank screensaver. should keep it from waking you. it works great for me. good luck.
