    Shortcuts on lock screen

    No. I had shortcuts to several apps on my lock screen, that I could start with sliding my finger over it. Since 4.3 I can only unlock the phone there.

    After the upgrade to Android 4.3, the shortcuts on my luck screen are gone. Is there any way to get them back? Also I have sometimes issues with the clock in the status bar. Sometimes it stops updating, although clocks in other apps show the correct time.
