I just installed Solid File Explorer. It allows me to launch that when I choose a notification sound, and can select any sound. But then it just sets the sound to "None". :\

I also just tried clearing the system cache from the boot menu, no luck either.

I'm having the same issue - tried wiping the system cache with no luck. It's so bizarre.

Yeah, I just tried removing ES File Explorer thinking it might be the culprit, but no luck. Really bizarre.

I'm actually having the exact same issue. All of my custom notifications have disappeared. I can't set them in any of the apps. Even Facebook lost it's default "POP" I was also using ES File Explorer. But trying to move these around using Windows I'm having no luck. I know there wasn't a system...
