Bump - any ideas on getting pics to look better in lower light conditions?

Title pretty much sums it up, I thought this was the best camera (or close to it) on the market of smart phones, it brags of all the different modes yet most pics come out the same. Now it could be user error on my fault, so if that is the case some pointers would def help but all my pics come...

That seemed to work, the problem was that stupid Samsung one always wanting to sync and have my **** on the cloud...the google one should be the main app on this phone, ugh. Thanx for the help

Well, I don't see any 3 dots, I took a screenshot, everytime I go into the default music player this is all it does, I can back out of it and play music but none of the new stuff I have put on it. This is literally all it does, over and over... :-\...
