Definitely could be an issue with the antenna. Slow to pick up WiFi signal even if it does connect. Come on Samsung come clean and fix this issue already!and the rest of the WiFi issues.

Have done everything including wiping the cache it seems somewhat better but still getting the WiFi connection unstable in some spots. Called Samsung they say they are working on a patch to rectify the problem! Not holding my breath but maybe they will Come through. We shall see !

1) disable att smart wifi 2) power off the phone 3) pull battery from phone 4) put battery back in and power up phone. give it a try it worked for me. i had no trouble with the wifi in the house it was outside in hot spots couldnt connect. good luck
