Problem solved! Today my Galaxy Tab S4 updated to android 10 then magically in Wifi networks appeared auto wifi.....thanks everyone

It is....same samsung account...I want to use auto hotspot feature with my tablet that is Wi-Fi only...

I mean....it doesn't show auto hotspot network on my galaxy tab s4....it shows on my note 10+.....
