I had this issue on my second Hox, sent it back for the third time and it was replaced with a unbranded handset HTC__001 :D and everything has been sweet with it for 4-5 month :) if there's something wrong with it I'd return it rather than repairing it myself. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk HD
