Same issues with connections to wifi however I updated the play services that was supposed to fix this and nothing has changed. I think it's more of an issue with LG firmware.

The only thing I see that is truly an upgrade if the HDR compatible screen. No DAC, no removable battery. Half the internal storage. If I were you I'd wait on the V30.

You should factory reset your phone. Nougat is working wonderfully on my wife's G5.

The G5 is a great device. Forget about all the mod stuff. By itself on 7 it's a fantastic device with great manual options for camera and video. Since lg changed the skin with the nougat update its been buttery smooth much like the V20.
