It would seem that if they could solve the battery issues this phone would be hands down the best, that said the battery swapping and external charger are starting to get old.

I got my 2.2 update but could not get the new update to load. I had to to get my work email on my phone, 29 hrs later I was rooted again, to many things were better than stock. My work doesn't pay for my phone so I didn't have to have my work email, battery life way better by 2-5 hrs a day...

Best Part is that after 3 days of being an idiot and doing it wrong, I still don't have the update, I am still sitting at 2.2 so my IT department won't provision my mobile user status. So screw em I will be re-rooting tonight.

I know that I read a post in the last few days for help with applying the 2.2.1 update, my problem is I can't find the post that showed how to unroot. I tried the PB31IMG.zip but when I apply it in recovery it tells me installation aborted file PB31IMG.zip(bad), and I am stuck, I moved the file...

OK same issue, My phone is still hanging at the shutdown at the beginning of the Install. WTF this is really driving me crazy!

So I was trying to install the update and then reroot my phone, but every time I select the update to install, it says that it is rebooting the device in 10 secs. It counts down and does nothing. when I load HBOOT it shows at the top S-Off, how do I switch it to S-On and will that help me at all...

yep it tells me unable to install, and the second comment in the Market is another Dinc owner unable to update. weird thing also is that it lets me install the premium license but not the actual program.
