I've tried ClockworkMod and PdaNet, but neither works or is too complicated to set up (for Windows 10/ PC - and Verizon is my carrier). The issue seems to be finding the proper driver for the PC so the app will work. Is there an app (non-root) out there that installs easily and is compatible...
