I have the same issue on my Pixel 2 (smaller one) running 8.0. I can call my husband's Pixel 2 and his phone rings, but I cannot receive calls. My phone doesn't vibrate, there's no message until after the phone call has been aborted. Then I get a message about a missed call.

Update: I am able to get Google Play Music to play podcasts via my car's bluetooth. But still none of my songs.
