Only thing I got on the phone was a bit of sprint bloatware.

I received my e-mail last night and got the phone today. Great phone. It feels great in my hand. One thing that I found interesting is that my phone isn't carrier branded. Do they all come like that?

Sprint gives refurbs when giving replacements at the corporate stores and you can tell from the sticker that is placed behind the cover. Or you can dial ##786#.

Lucky you. Sprint gave me 3 replacements in one day. I'm with Mateo on this one. Can't wait to get rid of mine and I probably will not buy another HTC phone again after this.
