I am using Google's Messages App for texting. I can find no way, from within the app, to send a group message using the groups I have already set-up in my contacts. Is there some way I am not aware of? The only way I can find is to select the group in my contacts and then send the message...

I uninstalled updates and reinstalled and the problem recurred.

I open it and it immediately minimizes and will not stay open no matter how many times I try. Is this an attribute of the phone? Or do I just need to stick with the factory version? It seems to have a few issues though.
