gnex's i had were all dropping data constantly. I live in nyc and supposedly heavily saturated with 4g. and the rezounds were all kinds of issues like extremely weak Bluetooth to proximity sensor issue resulting in me no being able to interact with the dialer in call away from my face. last...

when i called tuesday, they ran out of stock of the rezound. so they were pretty much forced to give me something different. but persistance does help sometimes, ask to speak to a supervisor.

they are lying to you. I first had a gnex then after 3 returns a rezound then 6 rezounds later now a razr. what a bumpy ride it has been thus far.

okay just got my razr. white colored and looks brand spankin' new. bye bye rezound.

so you didn't expect a maxx and just got it? I told them i had an extended battery on my rezound as well and rep said the maxx was out of stock. Im still awaiitng shipment today before 3pm. hopefully i get surprised with a maxx, if not ill call in to see if they can exchange it ;)

I called in today because they sent me a bionic as a replacment by "mistake". so they did say today they were out of stock and took a razr instead, they had no maxx's in stock as well, rep said nothing about losing unlimited data. i switched 9 phones already, 3 gnex and 6 rezounds so i doubt...

the g-sensor is for the built in gyroscope. not proximity sensor. Im gonan find a problem somehow on the next phone to get a different device and not get blackmailed to "downgrade my data and get stuck with another 2 year contract for doing that! it's ridiculous, 5 devices already with problems.

called verizon up today and told them the issue, and he offered to exchange under warranty once again. AND also offered to let me go on a different device which was motorola droid maxx BUT.. only if I downgraded to a sahre everything plan..i said i didn't want to lose my unlimited plan, so he...

already tried that. sensitivity on it may be messed up, i went to a tech @ their corporate store and it was working fine for some reason. then went home and started happening again.

I have issues with my current replacment. going to replace it in the near future AGAIN. 5th device already, maybe ill ask for a device exchange...

didn't get a .12 update either. oh well

we have no idea what's different.

I guess those of us that installed the latest leak ruu will be getting this pdate too :)
